

Henry Burtonwood – Fiddle
Henry Burtonwood is a fiddle player originally from New Zealand. He fell in love with Nordic folk music and in 2022 he moved to Sweden to immerse himself in the traditional music of the Nordic countries.
He is now studying the Nordic Master in Folk Music education, traveling across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. Learning from some of the top tradition bearers in Scandinavia and continuing to grow his passion for the folk dance music traditions of the Nordic countries.
Dancing is very important to Henry, and he tries to capture the swing and groove of Nordic folk music in all his playing. When he plays he wants to encourage the audience to dance and come together in the music.

Rasmus Hemström – Nyckelharpa
Rasmus Hemström is a nyckelharpa player with roots in Valbo, Gästrikland. His music is expressed from a traditional standpoint – and with this statement, the musical treasure of the county Uppland can’t be mentioned enough. The uppland fiddlers and repertoire is also one Rasmus’s main musical influences.
Rasmus was originally a rock musician, but discovered the nyckelharpa at a school concert back in 2017 and became interested in Swedish folk music. At first, he gave the accordion a go during autumn 2018. In June 2019 however, he got his very own nyckelharpa and has been very dedicated to it since. From here and onwards, he has studied Swedish folk music at many different educations including Eric Sahlström Institutet. Now, he studies his bachelor in Swedish folk music at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.

Alfred Bergkvist – Cittern
Alfred Bergkvist is a Swedish folk musician from Stockholm who has specialized in various plucked instruments. He picked up the guitar at a young age and eventually found his way to Nordic folk music which lit a fire of curiosity for learning more. He is currently studying a bachelor in Swedish folk music at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm together with Rasmus.
As a musician Alfred takes inspiration from his previous teachers, Gabriel Duzlewski, Villads Hoffmann, Erik Ronström and currently studying with Emma Reid. He enjoys exploring the various styles and traditions within the Swedish folk music repertoire, eager to try out new tunes and dances.
